We know that cards carry moments that matter — and we’re committed to getting them to you on time. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when we ship your orders.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
During peak seasons — including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and the winter holidays — processing times may be slightly longer. We’ll always communicate any significant delays by email.
Personalized and custom-printed cards require additional production time of 2–3 business days beyond standard processing.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The available methods and estimated delivery times are shown below. Delivery estimates begin from the date your order ships, not the date it is placed.

Rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Delivery price estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier conditions.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard ground shipping on all orders of $15.00 or more (after any discounts or promotional codes are applied), shipped to a single U.S. address.
• Free shipping applies to standard ground delivery only.
• Does not apply to expedited or rush shipping upgrades.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable if an order is returned.
• Free shipping is calculated on the net order total, after discounts and before tax.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all valid addresses within the contiguous United States. Please note the following limitations:
• PO Boxes: Standard ground shipping only. Expedited and rush options are not available for PO Box addresses.
• Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories: Shipping is available but may incur higher rates and longer transit times. Standard ground service may not be available — the most economical air option will be applied automatically.
• APO/FPO/DPO (Military Mail): Standard ground only. Please allow up to 2 additional weeks for delivery.
• International Shipping: We do not currently offer international shipping. We ship to U.S. billing and shipping addresses only.
Personalized & Custom Products
Because personalized cards and custom-printed items are made specifically for you, they require additional production time. Please allow an extra 2–3 business days for production before your order ships.
For time-sensitive occasions, we recommend ordering personalized items at least 10–14 days in advance to ensure on-time delivery. Expedited and rush shipping options are available for most personalized products for an additional fee.
Personalized items cannot be cancelled or modified once production has begun. Please review your customization carefully before placing your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier’s website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at heartbloomcards@gmail.com with your order number.
Holiday Shipping
During major holidays, order-by dates apply to ensure on-time delivery. We recommend ordering earlier than usual during the following peak periods:
• Valentine’s Day (February 14): Order by February 7 for standard shipping.
• Mother’s Day (Second Sunday in May): Order by May 4 for standard shipping.
• Thanksgiving & Christmas: Holiday order-by dates will be posted to our website each fall.
Holiday order-by dates are updated seasonally. We encourage you to check our website or contact us for the most current cutoff dates before ordering time-sensitive gifts.
Lost, Stolen & Delayed Packages
Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, Heartbloom is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. However, we will do our best to help you resolve any issues.
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with neighbors, building management, or other household members, and contacting the carrier directly. If the issue remains unresolved, please reach out to us at heartbloomcards@gmail.com and we will work with you to find a solution.
We recommend shipping to a secure address. Heartbloom is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Partial Shipments
For orders containing multiple items, we may ship items separately if an item is backordered or requires different processing times. You will not be charged additional shipping for partial shipments. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
